My Opt In / Optin Form doesn't display correctly

Solution Please ensure that you've only entered the HIDDEN fields from your autoresponder code.. e.g

<input type="hidden" name="meta_web_form_id" value="1715867216">

See that line above is a hidden field (the input type = hidden)

So, just remove any other lines apart from those hidden input fields.
